The SendEcards platform is a useful professional tool free for you to use for two reasons:

1. it offers an easy to use emailing interface that fits with the graphic image of your company ;

2. allowing you to send entirely personalised E-cards that conform to your graphic image – whether these are to send end of year wishes, or to announce an event.

We have developed for you a design that responds to your needs and communication circumstances (new years parties, moving house, advertising campaigns etc).

We can also adapt the design of the sending interface to suit the graphic image of your company. We can also reserve a specific domain name for your company (e.g. : yourcompany.sendecards.eu or link the application to your own domain name. Consequently your employees will not say that they use a platform outside of your company.

On the e-card that we have created for you, you can introduce the message that you want and personalise the mailing. In just a simple click, you can decide on the level of personalisation of the e-card (e.g.: Dear Mr. Dupond, Mr. Jacques Dupond or even Dear Jacques.) Of course, this personalisation is done automatically. You also have the possibility to choose the date on which the card must be sent.

You employees can therefore send an e-card in the name of your business. They can create a list of recipients and therefore send the e-card directly to their contacts. The Mediafactory development team is available if you wish to add customisations to this already very full tool.

On the other hand, you have access to a secure administrative area. This allows you to send mass mailings with a specific message from management to, for example, all of your employees. You can easily integrate your list of employees or prospective clients by adding an Excel file. Of course, this message is automatically personalised.

In this administrative section, you can access complete statistics on the number of e-cards sent, the people who send them and their recipients.

The e-cards sending tool and the administrative area at your disposal already exist in French, Dutch and English. If you wish, you can of course integrate other languages.

We have already created e-cards for Siemens. The company wished to send its end of year wishes to all of its employees. They also wanted to all of their collaborators to send their best wishes to their family and clients.
